Technique Classes 

Off The Ground offers two technique courses for anybody who would like to work on their dance fundamentals. Both classes are requirements for members of both Groundbreakers teams and our Apprentice program. Technique Classes are also highly recommended to students participating in any Recital Classes, and are offered at 50% price for recital students. 

Turns & Leaps

Turns & Leaps is designed to help your dancer with jazz and lyrical technique.  This class focuses on pirouettes, leaps , tilts, calypso, turns in second, etc.  This class will also include conditioning and stretching.

Ballet

Ballet at Off The Ground is a combination of Checetti, Russian, and Modern ballet.  We believe in dancers using ballet as a tool to heighten their performance and strengthen their technique in all other styles of dance.
